Who We Serve

At the Sayed Kayan Association, we serve people across generations and backgrounds who are connected to—or curious about—Afghan culture and learning. From students and youth seeking tutoring, mentorship, and leadership pathways, to newcomers and families navigating settlement, to artists, educators, and researchers advancing language, history, and the arts, our programs are designed to meet real needs with dignity. We also welcome the wider public through open lectures, exhibitions, and access to libraries and archives, and we provide ethical, needs-based support to vulnerable families—both in the diaspora and in Afghanistan—through trusted partners.

Students and Youth
